Team Fortress Game play:

Team fortress is a team based war game, you have to cooperate with your team to destroy your enemy. Team Fortress 2 has several game modes to choose from – Capture the flag, King of the hill, and team death match.

Team Fortress 2 Characters:

There are nine characters classified by defense, offense and support roles. Each of these nine characters has three weapons, one as it’s own unique weapon, one as a common secondary or complimentary weapon such as shotgun or a revolver and one melee weapon based on the characters properties. Team Fortress 2 Weapons are very cool and awesome to play!

Offensive class:

Scout

The Scout is presented as a baseball from from Boston, he is especially recognized by his fast talking voice. The scout is extremely fast and agile character, armed with a weapon called Scattergun and a pistol (secondary). The scout has a double jump ability, and can push payloads and capture control point better and faster then other offensive classes. The Scout however, can’t take or tank a lot of damage, and is quite vulnerable, fitting with his baseball fan spirit, the Scout has a baseball bat as his melee weapon, so stay clear!

Solider

The Soldier  is a durable character, but  considerably slower in his speed. He is portrayed as the stereotypical American military guy. The Soldier is armed with a rocket launcher, shotgun, and a shovel – the ultimate combo for storming and taking over strongholds. The rocket launcher can be used to rocket yourself to higher positions, although inflicting self damage. Oh and about the shovel – you don’t want to get hit by that, trust me!

Pyro

Covered with a fire resistant suit and a heavy gas mask, the Pyro is armed with a flamethrower that can burn through just about anything, setting other players on fire and can blast away using tight compressed air bursts enemy projectiles and other objects. As a secondary he has a Flare gun and as melee weapon a fire axe, one thing is sure about the Pyro – it’s gonna get hot in here!

Defensive Class:

Demoman

The Demoman is portrayed as a black guy, who wears an eye patch and drinks around the clock. The Demoman has a grenade launcher and a sticky bomb launcher which are great to defend bases and checkpoints. His equipment can provide great cover and indirect fire towards enemy buildings and strongholds.

Heavy

The Heavy is depicted as a Russian guy, with huge body figure and muscle mass that is crazy about his weapons, giving them nicknames and names. The Heavy can tank a lot damage, more than any other class and can gain extra health by eating food. He can provide outstanding amounts of firepower but is very slow in speed due to body mass and his heavy Mini gun.

Engineer

The Engineer is a cool and calm intellectual guy that was probably in the boy scouts as a youngster. He has the ability of building various structures to support his team, such as health dispenser, a teleporting device and a sentry gun. The engineer can provide cover and support to his team, and also can lead the attack, very useful i say!

Support class:

Medic

The medic is a German doctor that skipped class when taught the Hippocratic oath about being responsible for keeping it’s patients, A.K.A team mates alive. The medic is armed with a Medigun, which heals allies and can even cause close by teammates to become invulnerable or increase their firepower rate when the Medigun is full. He also has a syringe gun as a secondary and a bone saw. This is the reason why i hate visiting doctors…

Sniper

The sniper is quite the cheerful saucy guy, contradicting the calm and cool little-to-say image of the sniper we have in mind. He carries a sniper rifle with a laser sight, and can attack enemies from miles away. For closer encounters a sub machine gun can be useful, and for melee range, a Kukri – deadly razor sharp sword!

Spy

The Spy is a french apathetic guy who is armed with a revolver and has many cool talents. The Spy has a covert tool kit, which he can use to temporary clock himself, can build an electric sapper to sabotage engineer’s structures and a device hidden in his cigarette case which provides him the ability to actually transform himself to appear as other players/classes. The Spy is also equipped with a Butterfly knife to stab enemies in their backs – Hitman fans, does it ring any bells?
